Literally breathtaking view up the lake that is water as far as the eye can see. What better way to escape reality than to make this your home away from home this summer. You are surrounded by nature, the lake and total and utter relaxation. This cottage has a beautiful setting and is an amazing place to spend quality time with family and friends. A place to unplug and connect with each other. Inside the cottage it is open concept kitchen, eat in area and living room. As you can see in the pictures there are windows everywhere so that you actually feel like you are outside because you are embraced by nature at every turn. Enjoy the Muskoka/sunroom that again is window lined offering you a panoramic view of mother natures finest.  There are 3 cozy bedrooms plus a couple of futons throughout so you will be sure to find a comfy place to lay your head after a long day at the lake. The cottage has lots of wood throughout keeping true to it’s Muskoka charm and that feeling of being outside when your in. There is a large deck that lines the front of the cottage complete with Muskoka chairs and a bbq off to the side that overlooks the lake, a great place for entertaining and relaxing.  This waterfront property is ideal for swimming, fishing, boating and all water sports.

The property is very scenic boasting a real natural setting. There are some steps down to the lake with another decking area that would be a great spot to relax in the shade.  There is a shallow gradual entry into the water with a mix of sand and pebble bottom. Lake Bernard is a clear and clean lake that you can see right to the bottom.

 Nature Escape is only a short drive into the town of Sundridge, so easy access to ice cream, grocery store, lcbo, restaurants, playground with kids splashpad, hardware store, and the local Deli to get the most amazing rhouladdin or schnitzel you have ever had. There are so many neat things to check out in the area so make sure to try and hit up some of the local gems whether it be a stop by the Highland Brewery – local to South River, Crystal Cave Mineral exhibit -South River, Algonquin park, Copperhead-local distillery offering craft spirits including Apple Pie Moonshine…mmmm! Sundridge has it’s summer Sunflower Festival running typically 2^nd weekend in August so be sure to check that out if you are in the area. If you are a golfer than by all means pack the clubs and enjoy a round of golf at The Ridge Golf Club which is just a short drive from the cottage. Last but not least you are only a hop skip and a jump from the famous Danny’s Justa Pasta in case you needed your pasta fill.
